Since their first show in 2002, Up For Nothing has toured up and down the east coast dozens of times, gaining a fairly respectable following from years upon years of cutting their teeth to audiences in bars, basements, laundry rooms, garages, VFW halls, just everywhere you can possibly imagine. They even have had the honor to share to share the stage with the likes of bands like Bigwig, The Bouncing Souls, None More Black, The Loved Ones, Murphy's Law, H2O, Grey Area, Iron Chic, Ensign, Plow United, Cherry Poppin' Daddies and Sum 41 just to name a few, and their impressive list of new friends just keeps on growing.

2012's Twelve Stories Down is a monument to the band's longevity as well as a display of their maturity as a band over the years; a cultivation of a fast, catchy and uniquely infectious brand of punk rock, a subtle nod to the band's roots and dedication to the scene that inspired them.
